Since an agenda had not been posted 4 days prior to this meeting, and not all board members were in attendance to add any item to the agenda, the board could not bring anything up to vote at this meeting according to our rules.

2. DISCUSSION: Response to "California Dreaming" regarding sanctioning their event, and not authorizing championship titles.
