1. The following online polls were recorded:
   1. Minutes of Sep 21, 2008 meeting: Approved.
   2. Draft 2 of Interim Report: Approved with revisions. Report was sent shortly after approval.
2. The following items were approvedt:
   1. New officer positions of Chair and Vice Chair approved at the last meeting will be filled after the next Board election.
   2. Report: NASSPDA is now registered with the State of California as a “Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation” and has obtained a Federal ID number (EIN).
   3. Membership:
      1. Sonja Furiya to be Membership Chair.
      2. By Dec 7, the Membership Chair will send out a letter announcing the start of membership registration and presenting the already approved Membership Policies. 
      3. January 2nd, 2009, shall be the date to open registration for membership if the website changes can be implemented by then.
   4. The following items were handed back to the Governance Committee for their recommendations:
      1. Board Sub-Committees (section 3)
      2. Dismissal and resignation from the Board (section 4)
      3. Filling Board vacancies (section 7)
      4. Board meetings (section 9)
