1. The following online polls were recorded:
   1. Minutes of Aug 24, 2008: Approved
2. The following items were approvedt:
   1. Minutes of Aug 24, 2008.
   2. Interim report was reviewed and revised. When finalized, it will be mailed to everyone on the NASSPDA email list with a request that it be forwarded to interested parties and also posted on the website.
3. Reports and Discussions
   1. Logo design: Reviewed a 2nd logo design but did not approve it. Referred for further research.
   2. Request from LA for a NASSPDA sanctioned event. The Board is awaiting further communication from this group.
   3. Items postponed for future discussion and action
      • For future possible action, consider organizing an annual same-sex dance festival similarly to IAGLCWDC’s (International Association of Gay/Lesbian Country Western Dance Clubs, also referred to as “Iglwigl”) annual convention.
      • Should organizers of sanctioned events be required to submit copies of the resulting scores to NASSPDA after the event?
      • Should NASSPDA start to maintain a list of judges who have judged same-sex events and how often?
